Kabali declares...

...on the day when a desi on his/her maiden-arrival to a foreign country refrains from gaping at the roads, buildings and restrooms, we all can say "India has become a developed country".

This rule is no good. Even if somebody from so called developed country visit India, they will still gape at roads, restrooms and buildings. Does it make them underdeveloped ? :-)

Kabali must also be asked of his opinion on men taking a leak next to transmission poles in our beloved country. Isn't that a progressive art-form where we're actually conducting an experiement by providing an electrode and the electrolyte?

JP,
Foreign countries mean third world countries to you? I thot u'll think high. Anyways, U got me there da ;)

Ela,
Kabali has a lot more to declare than development. Most of it would come after I take over TamilNadu.

Amar,
What u said is a corollary to my rule. But that doesn't make my rule any bad. U innocent!

Anon (a) Melwin,
What well said?? They both olari kottified. And fyi, never say 'chennai girl' - it should be 'Chennai Ponnu'!

Fark,
Electrode and electrolyte? lol...Sudden Spark and terrific Shock would be the end-result I reckon. Kabali would anways look into it and soon pass a bill that all electricity poles in our beloved country would be made bad-conductors, so that ppl can pee freely! :)
